Why We Started This
San Clemente windows don’t age like inland glass. Salt air, ocean moisture, sprinkler overspray, and Santa Ana dust settle in fast — often within weeks, not months. Most crews treat every home the same, running through a generic checklist without accounting for what coastal exposure actually does to glass, screens, and tracks. We built our process around the local climate instead.

Homes near the water deal with salt film, ocean humidity, and marine layer residue that inland homes rarely see. It changes how often windows need attention and what it takes to get them properly clean, not just wiped down.

We use a purified, deionized water system for exterior glass the same standard hard water and salt-heavy coastal areas require for a genuinely spot-free finish, not just a quick rinse. Combined with proper squeegee technique and attention to screens, tracks, and frames, it’s a full job, not a partial one
